File preparation for production
Properly prepared files ensure a smooth order process and help avoid delays and additional costs. Below you will find the basic guidelines for preparing files for 3D letters, signage and cut elements.
Accepted file formats
- PDF (recommended production format)
- SVG
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- DXF / DWG (for CNC cutting and milling)
- PNG / JPG – for preview purposes only
Technical requirements
- vector graphics
- all fonts converted to outlines
- scale 1:1
- no special effects (shadows, gradients, transparency)
- strokes and outlines converted to objects
- clear geometry suitable for production
Colours and appearance
- colours specified in RAL, Pantone or CMYK
- RGB colours are for preview only
- on-screen colours may differ from the final material
- for 3D letters, front, sides and back colours can differ
Files for 3D letters and spatial elements
- simple and clear shapes are recommended
- avoid unnecessary details that complicate production
- separate files for different design variants
File verification
All files are checked before production starts. If any issues are found, we will contact you. File corrections may involve additional costs. Production begins after final approval.
Design from scratch
If you do not have a ready-made file, we can prepare a design based on provided materials, logo or guidelines. The scope of work and pricing are determined individually.
