Terms and Conditions – Creo55

2. Scope

2.1. These terms apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries by Creo55.
2.2. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
2.3. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Creo55.

3. Offers and prices

3.1. All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Prices may change; the price at the time of ordering is decisive.
3.3. Printing, typographical or programming errors do not constitute grounds for claims.

4. Orders and agreements

4.1. An agreement is formed once the order is placed and confirmed.
4.2. Creo55 may refuse an order in case of incorrect data or suspected misuse.
4.3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and files.

5. Custom-made products

5.1. Most Creo55 products (including 3D letters, prints, stickers, stamps) are custom-made.
5.2. For personalised products, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU and art. 6:230p BW).
5.3. After approval of the design, no changes are possible.
5.4. The customer is responsible for correctness of the provided content, files and specifications.
5.5. Creo55 is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect customer information.

6. Tolerances and colour deviations

6.1. Minor dimensional deviations (up to ±2 mm) may occur.
6.2. Colour differences between screen and final product are normal and not considered defects.
6.3. Materials such as acrylic, PVC, and XPS may show batch variations.

7. Delivery and execution

7.1. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
7.2. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
7.3. Creo55 is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7.4. Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

8. Shipping and risk

8.1. Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
8.2. If delivery is refused, all costs are borne by the customer.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

9.1. Standard products may be returned within 14 days.
9.2. Products may only be inspected without diminishing their value.
9.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
9.4. No right of withdrawal applies to:
– personalised products,
– custom-made items,
– products made using customer-supplied or approved designs.

10. Payment

10.1. Payment is made through available payment methods.
10.2. Production starts only after full payment.
10.3. Chargebacks or failed payments suspend execution.

11. Warranty and complaints

11.1. Creo55 provides statutory warranty according to Dutch law.
11.2. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period, preferably within 7 days.
11.3. Solutions may include repair, replacement, or partial refund.
11.4. Damage resulting from improper installation or use is excluded.

12. Liability

12.1. Creo55 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12.2. Liability is limited to the value of the order.
12.3. Creo55 is not responsible for incorrect installation or misuse.

13. Force majeure

13.1. Creo55 is not liable for delays or failure caused by force majeure.
13.2. Execution may be postponed or cancelled if necessary.

14. Intellectual property

14.1. Designs, texts and images remain property of Creo55.
14.2. Use without written consent is prohibited.

15. Data protection

15.1. Creo55 processes data in accordance with GDPR.
15.2. See the Privacy Policy for details.

16. Applicable law and disputes

16.1. Dutch law exclusively applies.
16.2. Disputes are handled by the competent Dutch court.

17. Final provisions

17.1. Invalidity of one clause does not affect others.
17.2. Creo55 may update these terms; the latest version is always available.
