Shipping Policy – Creo55

1. General delivery time
Delivery time depends on the product type. For custom-made items (3D letters, prints, stickers, personalised designs), production time is typically 1–7 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
2. Shipping methods
Orders are shipped via DHL or PostNL. A tracking link is provided once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and shipping method.
4. Pickup
Pickup in Dalfsen is possible by appointment. After placing an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
5. Delays
Delays may occur due to external factors such as couriers, holidays or material shortages. Creo55 is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
6. Damaged shipments
Please check your shipment upon receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours, including photos, to: info@creo55.nl.
7. Incorrect delivery address
Creo55 is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned because of refusal or incorrect address, new shipping costs may apply.
9. Delivery area
We deliver within the Netherlands. International shipments may be possible upon request.
